Our Story

​​          Founded in 2021, Bitchin' Stitchin' is a family-owned business born from a passion for custom embroidery and a journey of healing. After Kim's parents passed away, she found comfort and creativity in embroidery, and it quickly grew into a business that serves the community with high-quality, personalized designs. With the addition of Levi and more machines, the business grew, offering a wide range of custom products from hats to patches for various causes and businesses.

​          At Bitchin' Stitchin', we believe in creating more than just products; we craft memories. Whether it's for a local team, a special event, or a business logo, our goal is to bring your ideas to life with love and precision. We're honored to have worked with groups like the Bluejay Booster Club, Breast Cancer Survivors of Oklahoma, and many local sports teams and businesses.

How It Works
          1. Fill out the Contact Form on the left, Send us a message, or give us a Call about your idea!
               - We will walk you through the details we will need to start the process of bringing your idea to life!
          2. We will get you an estimate for your custom order. 
               - Prices are dependent on a variety of things. Such as:
                         ▪ How big will the logo be? Bigger logos take more stitching and cost more to be digitized. 
                         ▪ What sort of item will the embroidery be going on? We embroider onto jackets, hoodies, shirts, sweats, towels, hats, neoprene, and even leather. The material will help determine the stitch count. Certain items also pose a higher level of difficulty for the machine and can be more expensive to embroider. 
          3. That's it! Once we have your approval, we will get started creating your custom order.

​Additional Info:

We Embroider personal items as well as brand new items that we recommend and customize just for you. Both are priced accordingly. We accept personal items via shipping or via direct drop off at a scheduled time and date.

We will ship anywhere in the lower 48 states of the United States at buyers permission and expense.
