Perfectly Smoked: The Bitchin' BBQ Story

        Our journey started with a problem, and that problem was a lack of good BBQ in our area of Guthrie, Oklahoma. At one point this wasn’t the case and in fact there used to be a BBQ joint just minutes from us. Back then we ordered pork ribs every Friday night and I mean every Friday night. One weekend we skipped and I’m pretty sure the restaurant called us to do a well-fair check. Anyway, one day due to unforeseen circumstances the restaurant had to close their doors. We were shocked, no one else in town sold ribs by the slab or came close in quality to what we liked. So we bought a smoker and decided to try it ourselves, how hard could it be… well 15 years later we feel like we finally got it smoked!!!

         Long story short there’s a lot and I mean a lot of variables when it comes to smoking meats, to many to even begin to list. So at Bitchin BBQ we want to take the guess work out of it when it comes to the Sauce and Rub. Our specially formulated BBQ Sauce and Rub pair perfectly together every time making it your go to for any occasion. The BBQ rub, with its carefully selected spices, provides a savory and aromatic base that penetrates the meat, delivering an enchanting depth of flavor. When paired with our sweet but smokey BBQ sauce, the result is a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. The sauce also adds a luscious, sticky coating that caramelizes beautifully on the grill, locking in moisture and flavor.
